Game Lab is Waldorf’s newest indoor entertainment destination, offering a variety of exciting experiences across three unique concepts designed for all kinds of fun seekers. Video Arcade, Virtual Reality and Retro Arcade LET’S PLAY is our most innovative concept, featuring the latest arcade games, immersive Virtual Reality experiences, classic arcade and pinball machines, and an extensive range of skill-based games. $250.00 Non-Refundable Deposit to reserve your event is required. The deposit amount will be credited to your final bill the day of the event.

Service Charge:
$50.00 Service charge will be added to your final bill (Less than 20 Kids)
$75.00 Service charge will be added to your final bill (More than 15 Kids)

Monday through Thursday: $15 for 2 hours
Friday through Sunday: $20 for 2 hours

Just tell our cashier that you are a new member to receive your membership card on your next visit to either arcade!
How does it work?
Private parties are often weekend mornings 9:30-11:30 we open to the public @ Noon.
For safety reasons we require all kids 13 and under be supervised by adults. We ask for a minimum ratio of 1 adult for every 3 child under 13. For any exception to this rule please contact us at info@gamelabmd.com prior to visiting the arcade
Dining Area: Your reserved dining area will be ready for your party upon arrival. We take pride in our unique, gaming-inspired seating. Table decorations are welcome, but wall decorations are not permitted.
Event Duration: Your party package includes a 3 or 2-hour event to enjoy the full Game Lab experience.
Arrival: You may arrive 15 minutes early to confirm your event details and set up table decorations before the party begins.
End of Event: To accommodate other scheduled events, tables must be cleared at the conclusion of your party.
Event Flow:
Arrival: Arrive 15 minutes before the event to set up table decorations and finalize details.
Game Lab Party Policies
Arcade-Themed Venue: Table decorations such as tablecloths, napkins, and balloons are allowed. You may also bring your own plates and cutlery for dining. Wall decorations are not permitted.
Cake Policy: You are welcome to bring your own cake and/or cupcakes for your celebration.
Food Policy: Outside food is not allowed in the facility, except for cake and/or cupcakes.
Dining Area: Dining areas are preassigned based on the number of guests dining at the party.
Party Server: A dedicated server will assist your group throughout the dining experience.
Stay Longer: While the party event lasts for 2 or 3 hours, guests are welcome to stay and continue enjoying the arcade for additional hours @ $5 pre Guests after the event.
Large Group Bookings: For parties with more than 40 participants, please contact us directly to make arrangements.
